Buying your parcel deliveries through CityPOST Parcel is safe and secure. We use industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of information such as your name, address and credit card details. This ensures that information passed from you to our website cannot be read by external sources.

We only accept orders using SSL technology which means that other than when we process your original payment or process a refund, your credit card details are displayed in an abbreviated form with only the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits visible. Your payment details go straight to the bank when you input them (same as when you pay with chip and pin), the payment transaction is then authorised to us by our bank.

Once your payment has been processed, your financial information is passed to a credit card processing company. No record of your financial information will be held on the site or otherwise by us following the processing of your payment. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.
